Incident Location: Black Bear Car Wash Nisswa, MN
Details of incident: On 02-02-02 the owner of the Black Bear Car Wash reported the outside vacuum cleaner had been broken into and the change box removed. The paddle lock was broken off and the box removed. Inside the change box was about $50-$60 in QUARTERS. Pry marks on vacuum and fresh boot print at scene.
